A Night of Neon and Glow
For NEON NIGHTS at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, Florida Event Decor filled the ballroom with LED glow furniture, oversized lit florals and nine-foot LED arches.
Lounge in the Light with Glow Furniture
The ballroom's centerpiece was white leather seating paired with LED glow cubes that shifted colors throughout the evening. Guests were drawn to loveseats, armchairs, and cubes, creating inviting spaces for conversation, networking, and photography.
The Cobra groupings added a sculptural, whimsical touch, featuring a Cobra sofa, cocoon chairs, and a translucent pink coffee table. Meanwhile, the Baloo seating arrangements combined modern comfort with 90s-inspired style, adding energy and vibrancy to the room. These lounge areas became hubs of interaction, encouraging guests to relax, connect, and experience the event in a playful yet sophisticated setting.
Oversized Florals Create a Neon Jungle
Hand-carved, oversized floral installations added drama and scale. Illuminated by wireless uplights, every petal and stem glowed, complementing the neon furniture. These larger-than-life florals quickly became photo-worthy focal points, inviting interaction and brightening the whole space.
LED Arches Guide the Experience
Nine-foot-tall LED arches framed pathways, creating glowing corridors that guided guests through the ballroom. Battery-powered lights shifted hues, adding dynamic movement and energy with every step. Together with the bright furniture and florals, the arches gave the room its neon look.
Interactive Design for Maximum Engagement
NEON NIGHTS was built for interaction. Guests flowed naturally between the lounges, floral installations, and arches, stopping at each installation while connecting with other attendees. Every piece of decor encouraged participation, conversation, and photo opportunities, and gave guests several ways to use the space.
The Logistics Behind the Glow
NEON NIGHTS relied on careful planning and logistics. The Florida Event Decor team managed the same-day delivery, set-up, and teardown, placing every piece from the furniture to the LED arches and floral installations, so guests saw only the finished room.
Nostalgia, Lit Up
NEON NIGHTS combined nostalgia, modern design and interactive pieces in one ballroom, and showed that corporate gatherings can be playful and still polished.
