A Tradeshow Experience Engineered for Attention and Play

Call Us

Inside the Orlando Convention Center, this activation didn’t behave like a traditional tradeshow booth. It operated as a controlled experience environment—built to pull people off the aisle, hold their attention, and convert passing traffic into direct interaction.

Florida Event Decor transformed the Caspar Haydar Design Inc. footprint into a structured experience system where visibility, interaction, and product storytelling worked as one continuous flow.
This space wasn’t designed for passing attention.
It was designed for entry.

Step inside the Orlando activation—designed to interrupt the flow, draw you in, and keep you moving through every detail.

A Structural Design Built to Pull the Eye In

The booth made an immediate impact with a clean architectural framework centered on a custom back wall system.

Integrated LED-lit shelving created depth and subtle motion across the display, turning static products into illuminated focal points. Rather than isolating attention, the lighting distributed it—guiding the eye across the full width of the booth.

A backlit “Bird & Be” brand feature acted as the central anchor, supported by restrained LED color shifts that introduced movement without visual noise.

The result was a space that felt composed, not crowded—distinctly elevated within a dense exhibition floor.

Product Display Designed for Discovery, Not Viewing

Instead of linear shelving, the layout introduced layered product elevations that encouraged physical movement and closer inspection.

Acrylic risers and staggered display heights created natural shifts in perspective, prompting visitors to step in, lean closer, and explore products from multiple angles. Nothing revealed itself all at once—the display rewarded proximity.

At the entry point, a custom registration table with branded paneling set the tone for the experience, transitioning visitors from the aisle into the environment without interruption.

Every placement supported progression, not presentation.

An Interactive Installation That Changed Visitor Behavior

At the center of engagement was a custom-built interactive game installation designed to disrupt standard tradeshow flow.

Wrapped in bold vinyl graphics, the structure acted as an immediate behavioral trigger—inviting participation rather than observation.

Above it, a circular LED bullseye feature introduced rhythmic light movement that pulsed across the show floor. The animation created a visual signal strong enough to pull attention from a distance, increasing approach traffic organically.

This element shifted behavior in real time: visitors stopped walking and started engaging.

Fabrication and Finish That Unified the Space

Every surface within the booth worked as part of a single visual system.

Custom-painted structural elements, branded finishes, and precision-built components ensured consistency across every touchpoint. Nothing felt temporary or decorative—it all read as built-in architecture.

A defined flooring system grounded the footprint within the convention hall, clearly separating the activation while keeping it fully open and accessible.

Material choices reinforced one message: this was constructed, not assembled.
