The multi-day corporate experience unfolded across the ballroom, foyer, and Olympic areas, unifying custom fabrication, illuminated scenic elements, interactive installations, and futuristic lounge design into a cinematic, high-impact environment.

The design moved away from traditional conference staging and focused on exploration, interaction, and visual storytelling. Illuminated structures and dimensional scenic builds created a setting that felt more like a launch environment than a standard corporate meeting.

Entrance Signage & Arrival Experience

Large-format entrance signage established the event identity on arrival. Messaging reading “Ascend 2026: A Navina Advocate Community Event” reinforced branding and set the visual tone.


Signage guided guests through the space and transitioned them from the resort setting into a fully themed environment. This first touchpoint functioned as both navigation and storytelling, setting expectations for the experience ahead.

Custom Stage Environment

A 16-foot-wide custom stage served as the central focal point of the ballroom. The design used layered dimensional fabrication, hand-painted scenic artwork, vinyl spacecraft graphics, illuminated flame effects, and fiber optic star lighting to create depth and motion.
