On the warm evening of May 20th, 2025, Florida Event Decor brought that vision to life with Boho Island Fusion, a breezy, tropical celebration on the Fairway Lawn of the Ritz Carlton
Naples
. More than just a
cocktail party
, this event was a full-sensory escape—an island-inspired oasis wrapped in natural textures, lush greenery, and glowing ambient light.
From the moment guests stepped onto the lawn, they were transported. Imagine wicker textures, wild florals, rattan lounges, and palm-draped centerpieces—all kissed by the soft Gulf breeze. It was where luxury met soul, and every detail whispered “relax, stay a while.”
A Setting Designed to Stun
At the heart of the event stood a show-stopping custom-built bamboo bar, 17.5 feet in diameter and wrapped in natural bamboo with a sleek laminate top. It wasn’t just functional—it was a sculptural focal point that drew guests in and kept the energy flowing.
Surrounding the lawn, palm-print linens and khaki overlays added organic charm to each table, setting the stage for a variety of centerpiece styles:
● Wicker vases filled with monstera leaves and palm fronds, paired with glowing gold votives.
● Wooden planters overflowing with tropical greenery and warm amber boho candles.
● Glass bottle trios with single-stem tropical leaves—simple, airy, and effortlessly chic.
Each design element was chosen with intention, celebrating the casual elegance of boho styling. Lounge areas featured rattan sofas, vintage chairs in soft tan tones, carved wooden side tables, and cozy nest groupings complete with accent pillows—inviting guests to sink in and soak up the vibe.
Lighting That Danced with the Breeze
No boho island fantasy is complete without the glow of curated light. We elevated the venue’s existing string lights with a collection of ten handpicked wicker lanterns, each hanging delicately every five bulbs for a romantic, organic rhythm. As dusk fell, these lanterns twinkled against the setting sun, turning the lawn into a dreamy retreat worthy of a destination postcard.
