Guests were welcomed by a trellis archway draped in lush greenery and softly lit with uplighting, setting the tone and instantly immersing visitors in the feeling of an Italian garden.
Inside, rustic craft tables with ivy accents and warm pendant lighting continued the outdoor-inspired aesthetic, while bold orange barstools added a citrus-inspired pop, reminiscent of sun-soaked Italian piazzas.
Orlando’s tropical light blended seamlessly with the decor, making the ballroom feel expansive yet inviting.

The Hyatt Regency Orlando’s Rotunda was transformed into a Tuscan vineyard with wine barrels, wood crates, grape clusters, and glowing luminaries.
