Hosted within the Lake Terrace/Causeway event space, the summit combined custom fabrication, lighting, bold color palettes, and interactive gathering areas to create an atmosphere that felt energetic, social, and visually immersive.

Rather than relying on traditional conference styling, the event embraced a vintage-inspired aesthetic designed to encourage movement, conversation, and guest engagement throughout the evening.

A Custom Carousel Installation That Defined the Space


At the center of the summit stood a fully custom carousel structure created specifically for the event. Rising 10 feet tall beneath a 12-foot canopy span, the installation immediately established the visual tone of the experience while reinforcing Motorola branding throughout the venue.

The carousel featured:

  • Custom 360-degree branded canopy graphics
  • Light honey wood finishes
  • Integrated marquee lighting
  • Oversized dimensional architecture that was visible across the event space
More than a decorative focal point, the structure helped organize the venue visually while drawing attendees naturally into the center of the experience.

Surrounding arboretum-style installations added depth and layering throughout the venue, helping transform open event space into a cohesive branded setting.

Lighting and Seating Designed for Interaction


Lighting played a major role in shaping the atmosphere across the summit. Suspended string lighting introduced warmth overhead while uplighting highlighted pathways, installations, and key gathering areas throughout the venue.

Bright seating selections in red, mint, and yellow added energy across the floor plan and helped break away from the feel of a traditional corporate event.

Park benches, lounge seating, and conversational gathering areas encouraged attendees to network comfortably while moving naturally throughout the space.

Each design element supported both the visual experience and the functionality of the event layout.

Coordinated Production and Same-Day Installation


The Motorola Summit required carefully managed production logistics under compressed timelines. Florida Event Decor coordinated same-day delivery, installation, lighting integration, graphics placement, and strike operations within controlled production windows at the resort.

Crews worked through Swan Terrace load-in access while maintaining organized installation sequencing and efficient equipment flow throughout setup and breakdown.

Despite the scale of the production—including custom fabrication pieces, lighting systems, structural canopy builds, and graphics installations—the venue was fully prepared for guests on schedule.

Rain contingency planning, structured staging, and coordinated crew management helped keep the production process efficient from installation through final pickup.
