Interactive LED Moon Swing Lounge
When people ask us how all-inclusive our services really are, our answer never quite captures how impressive the final result turns out to be. In this case, when we say we’re creating an oversized, stellar, super-Instagrammable setup that’s easy to install, the reality goes beyond expectations.
We handle everything—from setting up the truss structure to attaching the swings and chains. It’s a full-on production. We carefully consider the location, spacing from guest tables, accessibility, and how it flows with the rest of the event to make sure it doesn’t obstruct circulation.
The structure itself measures 10 feet wide, 10 feet in diameter, and 9 feet high. We place four 6-foot LED swing seats that glow with 12 different color options—creating a vibe that can shift with the mood of the event. And yes, the LED battery lasts 8 hours, so you can leave them on all night long without a hitch.
This setup is not only visually stunning with its ambient color changes, but also super fun. The swings offer a gentle sway, making it a perfect little escape for guests to relax, chat, and enjoy the moment.

String Lighting for the Stars
To enhance the glow of the LED swings, we added three sets of our String Lighting Package—and the result is pure magic.
Each package includes eight 13-foot-tall truss sticks and six LED string light strands ranging from 40 to 50 feet long. At the base of every truss, we place two lush ferns for a soft, organic touch. In total, each package gives you around 300 feet of warm, glowing string lights.
To take it even further, we include 40 themed paper lanterns per package, perfectly spaced out—one every three bulbs—for an extra pop of color and charm.
It’s a beautiful, atmospheric setup that complements any space and creates an inviting, festive vibe your guests will love.
This cosmic event was a perfect match for the venue’s interior design. With its oceanic whites and bold black-and-white lines that echoed the deep, open waters of the seafloor at night, the setting felt both mysterious and serene.
Stars danced across paper lanterns suspended from string lights, while our LED Moon Swings completed the scene—bringing a nocturnal, ocean-inspired atmosphere to the heart of Orlando.
