Bring the Tailgate Vibes to Life: Florida Event Decor’s Setup at Gaylord
Tailgate season is all about excitement, energy, and time with friends and family. From jaw-dropping entrances to fun-filled games, we set up the whole party.
Excitement, Energy, and Game-Day Fun
Tailgate season is all about excitement, energy, and time with friends and family. At Florida Event Decor, we had the amazing opportunity to set the stage for a spectacular Tailgate Party at Gaylord. From jaw-dropping entrances to fun-filled games, we set up the whole party.
The Entrance: Where the Party Begins
We set out to wow guests from the moment they arrived. A football carpet runner welcomed everyone, while towering yellow goalposts framed the entrance, instantly setting the game-day mood.
A red locker set, complete with jerseys, helmets, and pom-poms, brought an authentic tailgate feel and made for the perfect photo op.
Cheers at the Bars
Drinks came from our Heritage Rail Bar Surround and Back Bars, the ultimate gathering spots. The vertical slats in rich walnut and gray tones, paired with industrial pipe shelving, added a modern yet warm vibe. For craft cocktails and sodas alike, these stations became an integral part of the party atmosphere.
Themed Food Stations
Our Grab N Go Tailgate Stations were a hit, adorned with pom-poms, megaphones, and football-themed accents. Guests enjoyed quick bites while taking in the charm of our foam finger centerpieces and football succulent arrangements.
Games & Turf Fun
To complete the experience, we brought in a turf area that mimicked a football field, complete with a 50-yard line! Guests dove into tailgate classics like cornhole and oversized Jenga, making it a true celebration of camaraderie and competition.
