Thrive 2025: A Whimsical Summit in Bloom
For Thrive Summit 2025, we decorated the Hyatt Regency Orlando with custom 3D florals and butterflies across four days of color and texture.
When it comes to multi-day experiences, we believe each day, and every corner, should feel like a storybook unfolding. For Thrive Summit 2025, we decorated the Hyatt Regency Orlando across four days of color, texture and custom floral design. Roses and books made the perfect pair, framing this whimsical photo spot straight out of a fantasy.
A Grand Entrance, Reimagined
The moment attendees stepped into the Thrive Summit, they were greeted by a jaw-dropping floral structure. Our Custom 3D Floral & Butterfly decor package turned the entryway into a whimsical scene. This fairy-tale setup was built with LED-lit butterflies in mid-flight, layered floral sculptures standing tall at up to 6 feet, and ferns grounding the scene in lush green. Each butterfly and bloom was carefully placed to play off the vivid event graphics provided by the client.
The Book Wall: A Page-Turning Photo Op
To celebrate growth and knowledge, we built a wall entirely of open books. Our Registration Book Wall installation stood 8 feet tall and 8 feet wide, layered with pages frozen mid-thought, wrapped in Spanish moss, and kissed with faux florals. Framing the piece: two gilded gold 8' arches adorned with red roses, ivy, and a dash of drama. A novel-worthy setup that sparked conversations and lit up social feeds.
A Throne Fit for Every Guest
Adjacent to the book wall stood our photo-ready Gold Luigi Chair, centered in a frame bursting with bold red florals. Attendees were invited to step inside the scene: strike a pose, grab a selfie, or simply take a moment to feel like royalty.
Column Couture: Boxwood With a Twist
For added elegance, we brought in 4ft Boxwood Topiaries, each wrapped in roses and scattered butterflies, flanking hotel columns with a vertical pop of color. The topiaries doubled as a game: guests hunted for hidden keys tucked within the greenery (provided by the client!).
LED Florals That Lit the Way
Just outside the Main Stage Ballroom, guests encountered a garden of illuminated petals and sculptural blooms that shimmered with anticipation. These glowing flowers guided attendees to the heart of the event while adding a whimsical lighting feature that popped beautifully against the event's branded graphics.
A Summit in Bloom
Thrive 2025 was elegant and intentional, with a little touch of fantasy. It was a nod to afternoons lost in novels, a space wrapped in nostalgia and a touch of magic. We were honored to help build it.
