Award Gala Decor · Orlando, FL
Honor your winners with stage sets and logo centerpieces.
Award Galas the night of recognition
At a black tie evening, a casual affair, or a program with its own theme, recognizing key people in your group matters. We’ve styled awards ceremonies with elegant fabric treatments, decorative stage sets, sophisticated perimeter décor, and exquisite centerpieces. We’ll also enhance an existing stage set, customize centerpieces with corporate or meeting logos, and complement the bars with decorative bar surrounds. Our goal is for every guest to feel recognized, from this year’s honorees to the people planning to be on stage next year.
Where We Work
Gala builds are stage-led, so sightlines and rigging come first. Designed and fabricated in Orlando, installed across Florida.
Got Questions?
What does a gala build include?
+
Elegant fabric treatments, decorative stage sets, sophisticated perimeter decor and centerpieces, scaled to whether the evening is black tie, casual, or continuing an existing program theme.
We already have a stage set. Can you work with it?
+
Yes. We enhance an existing stage set as readily as we build one, which is often the better use of budget when the set already exists.
Can centerpieces carry our logo?
+
Yes. Centerpieces can be customized with corporate or meeting logos, so the branding sits on the table rather than only on the stage.
Is the fabrication in-house?
+
Yes. Our design studio and our Orlando fabrication shop are one operation, with scenic carpentry, metalwork, scenic paint, CNC and large-format print under one roof.
Which markets do you serve?
+
Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville and Naples, run from our Orlando headquarters and Miami satellite office.
Do you handle install and strike?
+
Fabrication happens in Orlando, then delivery to your venue, install by our own crew and strike after the event.
