Where We Work

Headquartered in Orlando with a satellite office in Miami, we design, fabricate and install corporate events across the state. The work in this gallery has gone into ballrooms, convention centers, resorts and rooftops in all five markets.

Most of these rooms were built for corporate audiences: national sales meetings, incentive dinners, trade show floors, and awards nights. If you are planning for a brand with its own guidelines, that is familiar ground. The builds here for Disney, Google, the NFL, Adobe, SeaWorld, and Verizon all shipped through brand approval before they shipped to the venue.

Is this your own work, or stock photography?

It is all ours. Every image on this page is a build our team designed, fabricated and installed. That matters, because a lot of what circulates as event decor photography is stock or supplier imagery.

Can you rebuild something shown here for our event?

Usually, and it is a good starting point. We would scale it to your venue’s real dimensions, rig points and load-in doors, and adjust the color, motif and material direction to your brand rather than reproducing it exactly.

Do you sell any of this, or is it all rental?

Most of it is custom fabrication built for a specific event, which is why our shop exists. Some categories, such as event furniture and linen, are rental collections. Tell us what you are planning and we will be clear about which is which.

How far ahead do we need to book?

Earlier than most people expect for anything custom, because fabrication has to fit around a build schedule. Bring us in at the concept stage rather than after the venue is booked and the design will be better for it.
