Florida Event Decor's in-house scenic team specializes in custom event fabrication, turning your program, meeting, or celebration into something guests remember. We take on projects big and small and build what you have in mind.
We handle the hard work end to end. The piece is designed, built, delivered, and installed on time, then struck and removed after the event.
Custom fabrication is where a rendering stops being a picture. Scenic walls, branded photo moments, oversized props, bars, arches, thematic environments. If it has to be built rather than rented, this is the department that builds it.
Everything is made in our Orlando shop. Scenic carpentry, metal fabrication, and scenic paint all sit under one roof, which means a single set can move between trades without leaving the building or changing hands.
That matters most when something changes. A late brand tweak, a venue restriction, a dimension that was wrong on the floor plan. When the shop is ours, the fix is a conversation down the hall instead of a change order with an outside vendor.

Sets are built to be rigged, transported and struck safely. Structural decisions get made on the drawing, not on the venue floor at 2am.
Finished to Camera Distance
Scenic paint and print are finished to the distance guests and cameras will actually see them, so the piece reads correctly in the room and in the recap video.
