A stage set has one job: make the person on it, and the brand behind them, look inevitable. Keynotes, general sessions, awards nights and product reveals all live or die on what is behind the speaker and how the room frames it.
We design and build stage sets as engineered structures, not decor. That means sightlines from the back of the room, rig points and load limits, projection and lighting integration, and enough depth for the set to read on camera and from row three.
Because the same Orlando shop that draws the set also builds it, the scenic, the print and the metalwork are specified together. A branded surface gets printed to the right finish for the lighting it will sit under, rather than matched after the fact.
