When TruCotton approached us with their vision for a standout booth at the Miami Convention Center, we knew the goal was to showcase the company’s values and mission. We designed a custom trade show booth that reflected both sustainability and innovation, creating impact through intentional design. TruCotton’s earth-friendly ethos stood out on the bustling trade show floor—clean, modern, approachable, and just edgy enough to stop attendees in their tracks.
The result? A 20'x20' immersive, photo-worthy brand experience that was not only functional but full of personality—down to every last branded cotton roll.

Let’s take you through the details of this unforgettable event.
First Impressions Matter
Organic and fluent interaction defined this trade booth design.
The moment you stepped into the space, you were greeted by a bold, clean backdrop featuring TruCotton’s signature green and white palette. We designed a seamless, full-height Sintra back wall printed with rich cotton field imagery and TruCotton branding, flanked by a sleek 40” integrated monitor.
To keep things clean and minimal, we incorporated hidden storage behind the wall, keeping personal items and tech gear tucked away. Because when you’re promoting natural simplicity, clutter is a no-go.
In addition to this, we created a two-sided open-frame structure that housed real cotton roll machines as a centerpiece display. The exhibit was designed so people could move naturally through it, get curious, and stay engaged without crowding the space.
The custom-painted open wood frames added architectural balance without making the booth feel boxed in. They gave it height, presence, and framed TruCotton’s technology beautifully — like a gallery of sustainable innovation.
Branding Everywhere — But Tastefully
We designed TruCotton’s front desk to be both functional and on-brand. Built from a custom square frame and painted in the brand’s color palette, the desk featured structural front beams and a double-stacked top surface for visual interest.
The front was wrapped in custom vinyl showcasing the TruCotton logo, tying it in seamlessly with the backdrop. The back of the desk remained open, with a built-in middle shelf for convenient storage of materials.

Lounge Vibes, Cotton Details
No booth is complete without a space to sit, chat, and connect. We brought in white mid-century modern lounge furniture to soften the look and invite conversation. To keep it all on-brand, we added cotton stems in minimalist white vases as table accents — a subtle nod to the core product and a tactile reminder of what TruCotton is all about.Clean lines, calming energy, and natural materials made it a perfect extension of the brand.

This project was a true collaboration. From concept sketches to the final build-out, we worked closely with TruCotton’s team to align on goals, materials, flow, and style. They brought the vision; we brought the structure, materials, design, and logistics to make it happen!Load-in and load-out were managed by our crew for a completely hands-free experience on the client’s end.
