Designed for the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), this custom build made its mark at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

The Structure: Bold. Clean. Functional.
The booth measured 16 feet wide by 10 feet tall, anchored by a strong overhead header and two sleek vertical panels that framed the space and added height and presence.
A branded crossbeam stretched across the entire width, ensuring the CHOC logo was clearly visible across the show floor. Beneath it, natural wood-style flooring added warmth and polish, inviting visitors in with a clean, professional finish.
According to color psychology, blue tones evoke calm, cleanliness, and trust—and this booth embraced those qualities throughout its design.
Strategic Zones That Kept People Moving
The booth layout was intentionally designed for flow and engagement. Here’s how each area worked together:
➤ Reception & Interaction Zone
A curved front desk, wrapped in CHOC branding, greeted attendees as they entered the space. It served as both a welcome point and a soft guide deeper into the booth.
➤ Seating Area
At the center of the booth was a lounge space with comfortable, modern chairs. It created a relaxed setting for one-on-one conversations and casual presentations—encouraging visitors to linger and engage.
➤ Claw Machine Activation
A custom-branded claw machine, placed near the edge of the booth, became an instant crowd-pleaser. It brought fun, interaction, and brand awareness together—ideal for giveaways and audience engagement.
➤ Info Tower & Messaging Panel
A freestanding vertical kiosk displayed rotating branded panels, perfect for QR codes, calls-to-action, and campaign highlights. Visible from multiple angles, it provided a compact yet powerful storytelling tool.
➤ Media Wall & Hidden Storage
One of the structural panels included a 48” screen display, ideal for video loops, brand messages, or product explainers. A hidden storage compartment kept clutter out of sight, maintaining a polished look.
Bringing the Brand to Life
CHOC’s artwork was applied across high-quality Sintra panels and SEG fabric graphics, ensuring consistency and impact throughout. Each panel was clearly labeled for easy setup and a seamless install.
The branding system created a unified visual language that aligned perfectly with CHOC’s mission, tone, and color story. Their motto, “Long Live Childhood,” was proudly displayed and echoed in every detail.
