For Thrive Summit 2025, we brought a spellbinding vision to life at the Hyatt Regency Orlando, marrying imagination with meticulous execution across a four-day journey of color, texture, and immersive design. Roses and books made the perfect pair, framing this whimsical photo spot straight out of a fantasy.

A Grand Entrance, Reimagined 🌸🦋

The moment attendees stepped into the Thrive Summit, they were greeted by a jaw-dropping floral structure. Our Custom 3D Floral & Butterfly decor package transformed the entryway into a whimsical wonderland. This fary/tale set up was built with LED-lit butterflies in mid-flight, layered floral sculptures standing tall at up to 6 feet, and ferns grounding the scene in lush green. Each butterfly and bloom was carefully placed to play off the vivid event graphics provided by the client.

The Book Wall: A Page-Turning Photo Op

What better way to celebrate growth and knowledge than a wall built entirely of open books? Our Registration Book Wall installation stood 8 feet tall and 8 feet wide, layered with pages frozen mid-thought, wrapped in Spanish moss, and kissed with faux florals. Framing the piece: two gilded gold 8' arches adorned with red roses, ivy, and a dash of drama. A novel-worthy setup that sparked conversations and lit up social feeds.
