Conceptual design is the discovery and direction phase. It is where the creative decisions get made and documented, so that fabrication becomes execution rather than guesswork. For most corporate events that means concept sketches, 3D renderings of the moments your guests will actually experience, a scaled floor plan, and a color, motif and material direction mapped back to your brand.
Most event companies design one thing and rent another. When the renderings come from an outside designer and the build goes to whoever won the bid, the drawings become a suggestion, and details get value-engineered out and the room you approved is not the room you walk into.
Our design studio and our fabrication shop are the same operation. Scenic carpentry, metalwork, and scenic paint all sit under one roof in Orlando, so when a designer specifies a finish, the person who will apply it is down the hall. That is why the render matches the room.
