Custom Trade Show Booths · Florida
Your brand, readable from thirty feet down the aisle
Custom trade show booths and exhibits engineered to stop foot traffic, communicate your brand, and give your team room for real conversations.

Trade show booth displays that stand out from the crowd
We plan your booth from layout to signage, and every element of your custom exhibit is built to engage visitors, keep them in the space, and showcase your products and services.
Florida is one of the most active trade show markets in the country, with year-round conventions at the OCCC in Orlando, the Miami Beach Convention Center, and the Tampa Convention Center. With 15+ years in large-scale corporate decor, we build the booth people remember long after the floor clears.
A trade show booth has seconds to do its job. Attendees walk an aisle scanning for a reason to stop, and the booth either gives them one or it does not. That is a design problem with hard constraints: show rules, height limits, rigging, load-in windows and a build that has to go up and come down fast.
We design and fabricate exhibits in our own Orlando shop, which means the structure, the branded surfaces and the print are specified together. Large-format graphics get printed for the lighting they will sit under, and the structure gets engineered for the rig points the hall actually gives you.
It also means the booth is built to travel and to be assembled under time pressure. A design that looks right in a rendering but takes a day to assemble is not a workable exhibit.

CHOC Children’s
Florida Event Decor created a custom exhibit for Children’s Hospital of Orange County. Our production team built the walls, flooring, graphic displays and hanging mascot, then integrated the interactive components and audio-visual equipment.

Adobe
The build started as a 3D rendering. We refined surface materials, messaging and spatial flow with the client, then built the structural carpentry, lighting accents, graphic backdrops, interactive zones and branded signage in-house.

Pepsi and Doritos
A branded display area rather than a formal booth: display furniture, bold color blocks, branded lounge seating and shelving units, set out as vignettes where attendees could stop and explore the product.

Trade show booths in Florida
Companies fly in to Florida shows from across the country with big budgets and polished displays, so the competition for attention on the floor is intense. At the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando or the Miami Beach Convention Center, buyers need a reason to slow down. We build booths with zones where conversations can happen, products can be handled, and the brand message is clear, and we design around the objective you bring: product demonstrations, for example, or private sales conversations.
We also take on the logistics that stop most companies from attempting ambitious designs. That includes securing permits for overhead rigging, managing freight loading and unloading schedules at the facility, and coordinating the timing of every technical install. Our team sits between your marketing goals and the facility’s rules, so the build stays on time and on budget.
One team from the first rendering to the final touch-up
When design, fabrication and installation are split across separate contractors, the result is often compromises and delays. We run the whole build ourselves, from the initial 3D rendering to the final touch-up on site, so the booth on the floor matches the concept you approved.
