How the process works

1. Concept

Share your theme, brand guidelines, and goals. Our designers return renderings so you can see the room before anything is built.

2. Build

Approved concepts go straight to our shop, where scenic elements, custom props, and branded pieces are fabricated in-house.

3. Install

Our production crew delivers, installs, and dresses the space, coordinating directly with your venue on timing and logistics.

4. Strike

When the event ends, the same team removes everything on the venue's schedule. One contract, one point of contact, no loose ends.
