As guests arrive, they will notice the buoys, nautical flags and custom signage welcoming them to the event. Placed along the perimeter of the reception area are large sails accented in blue. The tables are designed with a traditional blue and white stripe overlay or a more elegant white pintuck linen with cobalt blue accents.

What makes up a nautical setup?

Buoys, nautical flags, custom signage, and the large blue-accented sails that run the perimeter of the reception area. Tables dress either with a traditional blue and white stripe overlay or a white pintuck linen with cobalt accents.
Can you do this without it feeling like a theme party?

Yes, and the linen choice is usually where that is decided. The stripe overlay reads playful; the white pintuck with cobalt accents reads formal. Same props, different register.
Will the sails work in a low-ceilinged ballroom?

That is exactly what we check first. We design to your venue’s real dimensions and rig points rather than a generic room, so the perimeter treatment is scaled to the ceiling you actually have.
Do you design and build it yourselves?

Yes. Our design studio and our Orlando fabrication shop are one operation, with scenic carpentry, metalwork, scenic paint, CNC and large-format print under one roof. When a designer specifies a finish, the person applying it is down the hall.
Where do you install?

Orlando, Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville and Naples, run from our Orlando headquarters and Miami satellite office.
Who handles setup and teardown?

Fabrication happens in Orlando, then delivery to your venue, install by our own crew and strike after the event. The same team, start to finish.
