At the Press Ganey Innovation Pavilion at the Marriott World Center, we helped create a space that felt more like a tech showcase than a banquet. Internally lit entry towers, interactive stations, and a glowing central tower gave the room a sleek, high-energy feel.

White framing, iPad kiosks, branded graphics, and LED lighting kept the design crisp and on-theme. Gray carpeting, suspended fabric, and highboys completed the look. Guests were encouraged to move, explore, and engage!

5. Client Awards Dinners

Client Awards are about appreciation, connection, and maybe a little surprise. They’re the perfect chance to celebrate trusted partners and long-term relationships—and themed events work especially well here.

Pharmacyclics hosted a Roaring 20s-style Client Awards Dinner in the Glimmer Ballroom at the Fontainebleau, and it was a hit from start to finish. Guests entered through a glowing gold archway or a Deco-style portal with logo branding, then walked a black or gold carpet lined with velvet ropes.

Inside, towering feather centerpieces, chandeliers, and sequin-covered tables set the scene. Jazz-inspired performances, champagne skirts, and themed silhouettes kept guests entertained. The after-party brought even more flair: vintage casino tables, a champagne tower, oversized mirrors, and flapper dancers gave it that full Gatsby vibe. It was appreciation, elevated to an experience.
