A Colorful, Interactive Evening to Remember
For AbbVie Psych, Florida Event Decor set up the Hard Rock Cafe lawn in Orlando as a street fair, starting with more than 300 slinkies hung from a lit truss at the entrance.
A Playful Entrance That Sets the Tone
Over 300 colorful slinkies hung from a 10-foot by 10-foot truss, illuminated by wireless uplights, creating a whimsical and eye-catching welcome. Guests were immediately drawn into the experience, setting the stage for a night of playful engagement and interactive discovery.
Bold Props and Creative Focal Points
A towering 10-foot inflatable Moon Man sculpture, complete with a choice of flag, became a striking visual anchor. Carefully positioned uplights highlighted its scale and details, creating a dynamic centerpiece and perfect photo opportunity for attendees. Other elements, such as support bars, truss cubes, and uplights, added structure and cohesion to the space while keeping the energy playful and vibrant.
Interactive Elements That Encourage Engagement
The space was thoughtfully designed to encourage movement and social interaction. Guests explored colorful setups, interactive props, and lounge areas while engaging with whimsical activations. Elevated platforms, dynamic lighting, and strategically placed decor created visual interest at every turn, guiding guests naturally through the event experience.
Comfortable, Social Seating Areas
Seating and lounge zones offered inviting spaces for conversation and relaxation. Cocktail tables paired with colorful barstools in vibrant hues created multiple gathering points without disrupting guest flow. Accent pillows and playful details added comfort and fun, encouraging attendees to pause, interact, and capture moments with friends.
Photo Moments
The slinky entrance to the Moon Man focal point featured shareable setups. Colorful uplights and chosen props created visually compelling backgrounds, allowing guests to capture shareable moments and lasting memories. Each installation invited interaction and storytelling, amplifying the event’s energy.
Execution Behind the Scenes
Every element, from setup and logistics to strike, was carefully coordinated. Crew members ensured smooth installation and breakdown, keeping trucks, tools, and equipment organized while maintaining the high-energy atmosphere. The precise execution let guests enjoy the event without interruption.
