An Immersive Vineyard Experience for Epic International
For Epic International’s Napa/Vineyard event at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, we brought wine country indoors with barrel vignettes, farm tables and flower carts.
A Grand Entrance: Welcoming Guests Napa-Style
The brief was the rustic elegance of California’s wine country, set up inside the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek.
The story began with a spectacular entrance, one that immediately set the tone for the evening. Guests were welcomed by a striking large barrel vignette, featuring four wooden barrels, lush greenery vines, faux grapes, and flickering faux candles. The addition of wireless up-lights created an inviting, warm ambiance for the vineyard theme.
A Vineyard-Inspired Lounge: Rustic Elegance to Relax
In the main event area, we brought in the Napa Valley feel with long, wooden farm tables, paired with French Country Chairs to create a laid-back yet elegant dining atmosphere. The Organic Winery Centerpieces, complete with floating LED candles and faux grapes, added a touch of sophistication to each table. The serene, organic design was complemented by 8-10ft Ivory Chiffon Runners, gracefully bunched to echo the effortless elegance of the theme.
Cocktail Hour: Rustic Barrel Bar Experience
The event's cocktail area featured our Barrel Highboy tables, adding a rustic yet refined vibe. The aged barrel base, complete with a wood slat top, was the perfect setting for guests to enjoy their drinks and made a cozy spot to mingle.
Lush Flower Cart Vignettes & Greenery
Around the venue, we infused a sense of natural luxury with unique Flower Cart Vignettes and Foliage Groupings. The carts, filled with live flowers in baskets and galvanized buckets, captured the spirit of a charming vineyard marketplace. Foliage groupings featuring Areca palms and crotons softened the atmosphere and filled the room with greenery.
Stage Accents: Barrels, Topiaries and Vines
The stage area featured Barrel Duo Vignettes on either side, reinforcing the vineyard theme while serving as focal points for the space. Complementing these were faux topiaries and cascading faux vines, which added a touch of greenery and elegance to the overall design. These accents tied the stage into the rest of the room.
Final Touches: A Picture-Perfect Moment
As the evening unfolded, the flower cart vignettes, adorned with blue and white florals, became a photo spot for guests.

Epic International’s Napa/Vineyard event blended rustic and modern styling. Every corner, from the grand entrance to the smallest details, was designed to put guests in wine country for the night.
