A Grand Entrance:  Welcoming Guests Napa-Style

The story began with a spectacular entrance, one that immediately set the tone for the evening. Guests were welcomed by a striking large barrel vignette, featuring four wooden barrels, lush greenery vines, faux grapes, and flickering faux candles. The addition of wireless up-lights created an inviting, warm ambiance, bringing the vineyard theme to life. As guests passed through this wine-country-inspired entrance, they were swept into a world where rustic charm and refined elegance met.

A Vineyard-Inspired Lounge: Rustic Elegance to Relax

In the main event area, we brought the Napa Valley feel to life with long, wooden farm tables, paired with French Country Chairs to create a laid-back yet elegant dining atmosphere. The Organic Winery Centerpieces, complete with floating LED candles and faux grapes, added a touch of sophistication to each table. The serene, organic design was complemented by 8-10ft Ivory Chiffon Runners, gracefully bunched to echo the effortless elegance of the theme.

Cocktail Hour: Rustic Barrel Bar Experience

The event's cocktail area featured our Barrel Highboy tables, adding a rustic yet refined vibe. The aged barrel base, complete with a wood slat top, was the perfect setting for guests to enjoy their drinks while immersing themselves in the event’s charming atmosphere. It was a cozy, intimate space where guests could mingle and savor the magic of the night.

Lush Flower Cart Vignettes & Greenery

Around the venue, we infused a sense of natural luxury with unique Flower Cart Vignettes and Foliage Groupings. The carts, filled with live flowers in baskets and galvanized buckets, captured the spirit of a charming vineyard marketplace. Foliage groupings featuring Areca palms and crotons softened the atmosphere, bringing the event to life in full bloom.

Stage Accents: Vineyard Elegance in Every Detail

The stage area featured Barrel Duo Vignettes on either side, reinforcing the vineyard theme while serving as focal points for the space. Complementing these were faux topiaries and cascading faux vines, which added a touch of greenery and elegance to the overall design. These thoughtful accents tied the entire venue together, making every corner feel like a carefully curated work of art.
