VMX Bark and Brew Alpine-Inspired Activation
For the VMX Bark and Brew activation at the Orange County Convention Center, we built an alpine-themed trade show booth with ski mounds, a ski lift photo op and a foot hockey game.
A Mountain Escape in the South Concourse
The Bark and Brew booth brought a playful winter look to a busy South Concourse. Custom ski elements, dimensional structures, and strategic lighting turned the booth into a branded mountain escape guests could step inside and explore.
Custom Ski Mounds With Visual Impact
Six custom ski mounds anchored the space, each with snow-textured bases and towering skis rising to 8 feet. Wrapped in client-specific graphics and accented with wireless uplighting, these installations delivered strong brand visibility while adding depth and dimension to the booth. The result was a striking visual moment that drew attendees in from multiple angles across the show floor.
Ski Lift Photo Moment Guests Loved
A realistic ski lift photo op added a playful, interactive element to the experience. Designed with a slatted wooden bench and custom-colored lift bar, the setup invites guests to sit, smile, and snap photos. This cozy alpine vignette quickly became a favorite spot for couples and small groups looking to capture a memorable VMX moment.
Interactive Entertainment That Kept Energy High
The foot hockey goal game brought nonstop excitement to the booth. Featuring bold custom graphics and built-in lights that flashed with every goal, the game encouraged friendly competition and drew crowds throughout the event. Oversized hockey pucks and easy puck retrieval kept gameplay moving and engagement high.
Multi-Day Setup and Execution
Carefully planned logistics ensured a smooth multi-day installation, with coordinated drop-off, setup, and pickup so the activation ran smoothly throughout the event. The booth stayed polished and open to guests from start to finish.
