And since the days are still gorgeous, we thought: why not play a little golf? That’s the question we posed to Paragon Events when we dreamed up this design for The Boca Raton Resort in Florida.
Summer afternoons give us the perfect excuse to fill the lawn with outdoor games, letting guests mingle, connect, and have a little fun in the sun.

At Florida Event Decor, we love golf, and our team took this setup seriously (but with plenty of smiles). Watch them “putt-ing” this idea into action!

Tunnels and Obstacles

What’s mini golf without a little challenge? Our mini putt tunnels and obstacles had everyone battling to sink the putt!

For this event, we delivered four custom mini putt-putt holes, each measuring about 8’L x 2.5’W x 6”H and designed in different shapes for a unique and exciting experience.

The tunnel obstacles included a bright Blue Silo, a classic Windmill, a Lighthouse, and dangling Chains on a wooden frame, each adding its own playful twist to the game. Guests couldn’t help but chat, laugh, and cheer each other on as they played.

This mini golf setup is perfect for team-building, networking, or casual mingling. It works indoors or outdoors, can be scaled to fit your space, and is fully customizable to match your party theme or brand.

Best of all, mini golf is easy and inclusive, no special skills required! It gives guests something fun to do beyond eating and standing around, while adding a nostalgic, playful vibe that makes the event truly memorable.

Mingling between rounds

In every great event, there is always room for relaxation. After the excitement of the mini golf, guests were welcomed to rest, chat, and enjoy the ambiance in this sort of clubhouse setup. Balancing the playful, active energy of the mini golf, came this chill lounge area in natural hues and candlelights.

This black seating grouping, including two mid-century style black leather chairs and one plush velvet sofa, added sophistication and melancholy by blending rustic tones with candlelight. Two round wooden coffee tables with modern metal bases stood at the center, encouraging conversation. Behind the seating, tall wooden panels with rows of glowing candles created a warm, inviting backdrop, softened further by lush green plants that brought a natural touch into the space.
