For the Women in Aviation International Conference at the Orlando Marriott World Center, we created a custom-branded, interactive photo wall that brought creativity with purpose. Plus, we’re passionate about flying, so this project really took off with us!

Interactive Passport Stamp Wall

How do you turn attendees from passive observers into active participants? For this event, we answered that with a bold, interactive installation that invited guests to leave their mark—literally! The Interactive Passport Stamp Wall transformed a simple surface into a shared canvas of connection and pride.

Born from a desire to celebrate community, this installation made every attendee feel included in the story and legacy of the event. Guests stamped their American Airlines (AA) base locations onto a vibrant, collaborative canvas—showcasing where they come from, work, and belong.

This 10’H x 10’W freestanding wall was painted in the client’s signature lavender tone. At its center, a 4’x4’ framed white canvas invited participants to add their stamp from a curated collection of AA crew locations—airports that represented their unique journeys.

Surrounding the canvas, 2D airplane cutouts stretched horizontally across a 4’ x 10’ area. Mounted with stand-offs, these cutouts floated with dimension and energy, symbolizing movement and connection.

The installation was polished off with white baseboards and a subtle side return to conceal supports—creating a clean, photo-ready backdrop perfect for capturing shared moments.

More than just décor, this wall became a living, evolving piece of art—growing with every stamp and celebrating each attendee’s special place in the sky and community.

Split Flap Wall Accent Display

Because we love vintage vibes, we chose a classic split flap wall installation measuring 10’ x 10’, reinforced and painted in a vibrant custom lavender hue. This retro-inspired backdrop created an irresistible photo moment guests were eager to share on social media.

At the heart of the display was a dynamic Split Flap sign, designed to grab attention and add a nostalgic, travel-themed flair.

Flanking the sign were 2D airplane cutouts arranged vertically in a 5’ wide by 10’ high space. Mounted on stand-offs, these cutouts floated with depth and dimension—adding a striking visual element to the installation.

This design struck the perfect balance of branding, interaction, and creative energy—making it a standout photo opportunity at the event.
